The Wedding Bus- A short scary story

A dark, eerie night scene featuring a dimly lit bus stop on a deserted street. A shadowy, old-fashioned bus has just arrived, its foggy windows revealing ghostly passengers. In the foreground, a young man hesitates at the bus door, his face showing fear and desperation. Inside the bus, a bride in a vintage gown stands with her face veiled, extending a hand ominously. The scene is haunting, with muted colors and a chilling atmosphere under a nearly moonless sky.

Tennison, new to Oakville, got lost one dark night and stumbled upon a dimly lit bus stop. As he waited, a strange, sweet odor filled the air, followed by the arrival of a crowded bus. Desperate to get home, he boarded.

Inside, the passengers, dressed in old-fashioned clothes, murmured quietly. A bride, her face hidden behind a veil, informed Tennison they were celebrating a wedding. Despite the unsettling atmosphere, Tennison accepted a plate of food. The moment he tasted it, a rancid flavor made him spit it out discreetly.

The bride, noticing, offered him a piece of cake, her icy fingers brushing his lips. Suddenly, they both felt a burning pain. The bride recoiled, her veil slipping to reveal hollow, black eyes.

“Son of Adam!” she screeched, her voice dripping with malice. Tennison’s vision blurred as darkness engulfed him.

He awoke at dawn, alone on the pavement, the bus and its eerie passengers gone. But the burn on his lips remained, a chilling reminder of the night he encountered the wedding bus.
